When you stake SOL with BattleFrens:

3. **Earn Rewards** → Your sFREN tokens automatically increase in value relative to SOL as staking rewards accumulate. The exchange rate improves over time!

* Click **"Stake SOL"** button

* Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
* Ensure you have at least **0.001 SOL** + transaction fees

**Step 3: Enter Amount**

* In the **"Stake SOL"** section (left side, with SOL icon 🟣)
* Enter the amount of SOL you want to stake
* See the estimated sFREN you'll receive

**Step 4: Confirm Transaction**

* Click **"Stake SOL"** button
* Approve the transaction in your wallet
* Wait for confirmation

* You'll receive sFREN tokens in your wallet
* Your stake is now earning rewards
* Track your position in the **"Your Stake"** section

#### 🔓 How to Unstake and Withdraw

The unstaking process has **3 phases** with clear visual indicators:

* In the **"Unstake sFREN"** section (right side, with sFREN icon)
* Enter amount in SOL (your sFREN will be automatically calculated)
* Click **"Unstake sFREN"** button
* Approve transaction in wallet

**Step 2: Account Created**

* A stake account is created on the blockchain
* You'll see a success message
* Your stake appears in **"Stake Accounts"** section below

#### How do staking rewards work?

Your sFREN tokens increase in value relative to SOL over time. When you unstake, you receive more SOL than you originally deposited due to accumulated rewards. The pool earns rewards every Solana epoch (\~2-3 days).

#### What are the fees?

* **5% fee on staking rewards** (not on your principal)
* **0.01% fee on withdrawals** (to prevent exploit attacks)
* All fees go to GOLDIES buybacks and game development.

#### Why does unstaking take 2-3 days?

This is a **Solana network requirement**, not a BattleFrens limitation. All Solana stakes must go through a "deactivation epoch" before withdrawal to protect network security.

#### Can I cancel an unstake request?

No. Once you click "Deactivate" and the countdown starts, the process is irreversible. This is a blockchain-level constraint.

#### What's the minimum stake amount?

**0.001 SOL** - we keep it low so everyone can participate!

#### Is my SOL safe during staking?

Yes! Your SOL is delegated to professional validators using Solana's native staking program. You always maintain ownership through your sFREN tokens.

#### What benefits do I get for holding sFREN?

#### Can I trade or use sFREN tokens?

Treat sFREN like SOL, keep your wallet secure. If you lose access to your wallet, you cannot recover your staked position.

#### How do I see my staking rewards?

Check the "YOUR STAKE" section in the modal. Your sFREN balance in SOL terms will grow over time as rewards accumulate. The value of sFREN gradually increases relative to SOL.

#### Where do the fees go?

50% goes to **GOLDIES buybacks** (supporting the token economy), and 50% goes to **infrastructure and ecosystem development**.
