All content included in BattleFrens, including but not limited to:

• Game code and software

• Graphics, artwork, and visual designs

• Sound effects and music

• Text, dialogue, and descriptions

• User interface and game mechanics

• BattleFrens name, logo, and branding

...is owned by BattleFrens or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights.

1.2 Blockchain and Smart Contracts

The smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain for BattleFrens are open source and subject to blockchain transparency. Contract code may be viewed and verified on-chain, but unauthorized copying or deployment is prohibited.

2. NFT Ownership Rights

2.1 What You Own

When you purchase or mint a BattleFrens NFT, you own:

• The NFT token itself (on-chain ownership record)

• Personal use rights to the NFT artwork

• The right to trade, sell, or transfer your NFT

• Gaming utility and benefits associated with the NFT

2.2 What You Don't Own

NFT ownership does NOT grant you:

• Copyright or intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork

• The right to create derivative works for commercial purposes

• The right to use BattleFrens branding for your own products

• Rights to the game code or mechanics

2.3 Permitted Uses of Your NFT

As an NFT owner, you may:

• Display your NFT in your personal gallery or social media

• Use your NFT as your profile picture

• Sell or trade your NFT on secondary markets

• Create fan art for personal, non-commercial use

2.4 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Use your NFT artwork for commercial products without permission

• Modify the NFT artwork and present it as authentic

• Use BattleFrens IP to create competing games or products

• Claim ownership of the BattleFrens brand or copyright

3. Trademark

BattleFrens™ and the BattleFrens logo are trademarks. You may not use these marks without prior written permission, except for:

• Referencing the game in news articles or reviews

• Community content creation (videos, streams, guides)

• Personal, non-commercial fan projects

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to BattleFrens (feedback, ideas, fan art):

• You retain ownership of your original content

• You grant BattleFrens a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it

• We may feature your content in promotional materials with attribution

5. Fair Use and Community Content

We encourage community-created content such as:

• Streaming & Videos: You may stream, record, and monetize gameplay videos

• Guides & Tutorials: Create and share game guides

• Fan Art: Create non-commercial artwork featuring BattleFrens

• Memes & Social Content: Share game-related memes and social posts

However, you must not:

• Extract and redistribute game assets

• Create misleading or offensive content

• Impersonate official BattleFrens accounts
